On September 5, 2017, at 12:37 am, the complainant, a 33 year-old-female, was sitting inside her residence on the 2xx block of West Thayer Street when she heard 3-4 gunshots. When the complainant looked out the window she noticed a Hispanic male enter small red car then then left the area and was last seen north on 3rd Street. After returning to the living room she noticed that the living room window and wall had two bullet holes in it.
Suspect Description: Black or Hispanic male with tattoos on entire upper body.
