On Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 7:10 pm, the victim, a 32 year-old-male, was on the 1300 block of West Wagner Avenue when two unknown black males, operating a gray 2008-2012 Ford Escape SUV, parks then exit the vehicle. Suspect #1 then hides behind a tree waiting for the victim to arrive. When the victim arrives, suspect #1 comes from behind the tree and shoots the victim one time in the right arm. Both suspects then flee and were last seen Wagner Avenue then South on Old York Road.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, wearing a black t-shirt with white writing on the front, and blue jeans.
Suspect #2: Black male, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers with white soles.
