The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying these offenders in this video:
On August 20th 2017, at 4:45 pm, 2nd District Officers responded to the Shoe Factory located at 7000 Castor Avenue for a robbery in progress. Upon arrival the employee stated to Police that four (4) unknown black males entered the store pretending to shop. Once the store was clear of shoppers, one of the male’s produced a handgun and demanded money. Two of the sales emptied the register, while the two males remained in the store as lookouts. The males then exited the store and fled in an unknown direction.
