On August 27, 2017, at 2:50 pm, an unknown black male was captured on surveillance video in the 800 block of South Swanson Street knocking on the front door of a residence. When nobody answers the suspect leaves and goes to the rear of the property where he gains entry by forcing the rear door open. Once inside the suspect rummages through the residence but was scared away when the alarm sounded. The suspect then quickly flees the residence in an unknown direction.
