Between Thursday July 4, 2019 6:00PM and 10:15AM, then again on Saturday July 7, 2019 at 5:00AM, an unknown male gained access to the residence in the 5300 block of Greene Street. Once inside the first dates, the offender took contractors tools such as a hammer drill, electric drill, 2 hammers, 2 battery packs, 4 batteries, Bluetooth speakers and miscellaneous hand tools valued at an estimated $1000. The second time on July 7, 2019 the offender was scared off and managed not to take anything. The offender fled on a bicycle at this time.
Suspect Description: White male or light skinned black male, medium build, gray goatee, late 20's to mid 30 years-of-age, wearing a dark colored "bucket" style hat, dark colored t-shirt, light colored shorts, dark colored boots and carrying a two toned blue/Gray back pack. *** POSSIBLE TATTOO OR INJURY TO RIGHT FOREARM WRAPPED WITH A DARK CLOTH TAPED TO ARM WITH BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE.***
