Roy Herron made a stop in Dyersburg on Wednesday, Aug. 11, as part of his 19 county "Cuttin' Waste and Creatin' Jobs" tour. Herron is the Democratic nominee who is vying for Congressman John Tanner's seat. He will face Republican opponent Stephen Fincher in the November election.
