Dyersburg Police Chief Art Heun announces the suspect responsible for at least one rape is in custody in the Dyer County Jail. The suspect, Katius Williams, 23, is linked to a rape that occurred on July 25, 2009. He is also a suspect in two other rapes that have taken place in Dyersburg this year. Williams was captured on Aug. 2, 2009, after running from an officer, who attempted to question him about an aggravated burglary that took place the previous day.
